2026 Art of Hearing Gala Recap
Our 3rd Annual Art of Hearing Gala was an unforgettable evening filled with music, community, and powerful moments of impact.
We are proud to share that together, we raised over $160,000 — a record-breaking milestone for Sounding Joy. Because of this extraordinary generosity, we’re able to serve twice as many children in 2026 as we did in 2025. That means more kiddos receiving the life-changing hearing care they need to thrive in school, at home, and in life.
The room was filled with new and familiar faces united around one shared mission: ensuring every child has access to the hearing support they deserve.

Why It Matters
Hearing access changes everything.
When a child cannot hear clearly, it affects far more than sound. It impacts confidence, classroom learning, friendships, and emotional wellbeing, shaping how they experience the world around them. Too often, families fall into a financial gap where they do not qualify for assistance yet still cannot afford the high cost of hearing aids.
The Art of Hearing Gala is more than a beautiful evening. It is a catalyst for real change, helping provide professionally fitted hearing aids and support services to children who deserve the chance to fully participate in school, at home, and in life.
Because when a child can hear, they are able to connect more deeply, learn more confidently, and step into their full potential.

Our 3rd Annual Gala at Coastal Creative raised a record-breaking $160,000, allowing us to double the number of children we serve.
