Meet Shane Donaldson,
Board Chair
Shane is the founder and former CEO of Pinnacle Home Care, a twelve-agency enterprise serving Florida. He started Pinnacle in 2003 and led the company for more than two decades before transitioning to his next chapter. Today, Shane devotes his time to board service with nonprofit and healthcare-focused organizations, alongside The Donaldson Family Foundation and select private investments.
A Physical Therapist with 25 years of clinical and administrative experience, including work in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, Shane’s passion lies in corporate culture and staff engagement, grounded in the belief that a business can be a force for the greater good of the communities and people it serves. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Curtin University (Western Australia).
