We’re excited to share that Sounding Joy has been awarded a $1,000 grant from the MITER Foundation to support our mission of providing hearing aids to children in need.
The MITER Foundation is dedicated to advancing communities by creating “windows of opportunity for a better tomorrow.” The foundation was started with MI Windows and Doors and has now expanded with the addition of team members from Milgard Windows and Doors, Sunrise Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations. Through its work, the foundation supports local and national causes focused on community outreach, veterans and military families, children’s well-being, and cancer support. By investing time, resources, and funding, they partner with organizations like ours to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
For Sounding Joy, this grant will directly help us provide life-changing hearing aids to children who would otherwise go without, giving them the opportunity to hear clearly, thrive in school, and connect fully with the world around them.
