John Cruickshank will serve as Treasurer on our Executive Committee and Finance Committee Champion, bringing a global perspective and decades of financial leadership to our growing organization.
He is the President and Principal Consultant of Level One Consulting, Inc., and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. John began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Edinburgh and has since served as CFO for public companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio operations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
John succeeds Roy Rafalco, who recently stepped down to focus on a passion project through his church. Roy joined us in the earliest days of Sounding Joy and laid a rock-solid financial foundation to support our future growth. We are deeply grateful for his insight, commitment, and continued belief in our mission.
