On March 1, 2025, Sounding Joy hosted our 2nd Annual Art of Hearing Gala—and what a night it was! Held at the stunning NOVA535 in St. Petersburg and presented by the Donaldson Family Foundation, the event was a powerful celebration of creativity, connection, and compassion.
Together, our incredible community helped raise over $100,000 to fund hearing aids for children in need. That’s enough to provide up to 66 pairs of hearing aids—a life-changing gift that helps kids engage with the world around them and reach their full potential.
Highlights of the evening included:
- A live painting experience by artist Alyssa Marie, who brought the theme of joyful sound to life on canvas.
- A thrilling live auction featuring one-of-a-kind items and experiences, including a Tampa Bay Lightning package and a custom painting by one of our very own Sounding Joy kiddos.
- An atmosphere of generosity and purpose, as guests came together in support of children’s hearing health.
