Meet Scott Craver,
Director
Scott brings more than 25 years of expertise in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, business development, and operations management. He joined Hine Automation in 2013 and now serves as CEO, overseeing engineering, operations, marketing, and business development. Before Hine Automation, Scott played a key role in the rapid growth of a leading U.S.-based semiconductor plasma-processing equipment supplier.
Scott began his military career in the U.S. Air Force before transferring to the Florida Air National Guard, where he retired after 24 years of service, attaining the rank of Master Sergeant.
A father of four — including an Eagle Scout — and husband to a kindergarten teacher, Scott’s commitment to children and family runs deep. He served as Board Chairman for a local charter school for over a decade before connecting with Sounding Joy founder Christy through their shared Vistage group. Recognizing an opportunity to continue serving his community with a focus on children, Scott was proud to bring his leadership experience to the Sounding Joy board and its mission of ensuring every child has the chance to fully hear and engage with the world around them.
