Meet Shane Donaldson,
Director
Shane is the founder and former CEO of Pinnacle Home Care, a twelve-agency enterprise providing services throughout Florida. He started Pinnacle in 2003 out of an obsession with the patient experience and a belief that there was a better way to provide home care. After more than two decades of leadership, Shane recently sold Pinnacle, marking a new chapter in his career.
As a Physical Therapist with 25 years of clinical and administrative experience, Shane has worked internationally (in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK), gaining exposure to differing health systems and delivery philosophies.
Prior to Pinnacle, Shane owned a therapy contracting company, providing contracted services to national home health companies, served as a healthcare consultant, and has been involved in several start-up therapy companies. His passion lies in corporate culture and staff engagement, grounded in the belief that a corporation can be a force for the greater good of the communities and people it serves. Shane is a graduate of Curtin University (Western Australia) with a BSc in Physiotherapy.
