Meet Sarah Connolly,
Director
Sarah is a fractional General Counsel to growing healthcare and tech companies that need “in-house” services but don’t need a full-time lawyer. She provides legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, policies, and does network introductions designed to help build business and avoid costly legal distractions. She’s also an engaging speaker and trainer on legal issues that impact her clients, including most recently her “D.E.I. in Healthcare” series and “Reopening Responsibly” in the COVID pandemic.
Sarah’s goal is to feel like an extension of her clients’ teams. For mergers and acquisitions, both buy and sell side, she acts as transactional counsel on smaller deals and manages outside counsel on larger deals. Sarah is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, servant leadership, and using “powers” for the greater good!
